Geotechnical intrument are necessary deemed to control any manageable problems within the process of reclamation and soil improvement. There are two types of instruments. Some fulfill the Category A measurements, others the Category B measurements, and some both types of measurements.
Type A - Mesurements of ground behavior during construction: settlement pad, inclinometer, pore pressure transducer, and earth pressure cell.
Type B - Monitoning of performance of ground during loading, unloading, and soil improvement; settlement plate, deep settlement gauge, muitlevel settlement gauge, pore pressure transducer, earth pressure cell, and inclinometer.
